Day 1 – Saturday 2 December 2017 Depart Brisbane - Arrive Norfolk

Please be at Brisbane International Airport at least 2 hours prior to your departure flight.

Whutaway yorlye?  Welcome to Norfolk Island.  On arrival you need to collect your checked luggage and clear customs and immigration.  Once in the main terminal you will be met by our local ground operator – Pinetree Tours and they will transfer you to your hotel where accommodation has been confirmed for the next 7 nights.

 Tonight you may like to catch a performance from the Jazz Factory and Pearl Nnoire at the RSL.  Dinner bookings advised (own expense).

Day 2 – Sunday 3 December 2017 Half Day Orientation Tour

Pinetree Tours Half Day Orientation Tour is a must for every visitor.   Visit historic Kingston, Cascade, Longridge and much more. See and hear about the famous convict buildings, beautiful beaches and golf course, the renowned Melanesian Chapel, local Government laws and lifestyle.  Enjoy views from scenic spots on this full commentary conducted tour.   Morning tea is included

At lunchtime today you might like to catch the Jazz Factory and Pearl Noire at the Paradise Hotel and Resort.  Bookings advised (own expense).

Day 3 – Monday 4 December 2017 Jazz Concert

Today there is an optional performance from Mimosa Duo at Rumours Bar & Café 2-4pm. Lunch (own expense).  Bookings are advised.

Dinner tonight is own expense.  Tonight there will be a great line up of artists including the Jazz Factory, Feral Swing Katz and Pearlnoire Duo performing at the Jazz Concert.

Day 4 – Tuesday 5 December 2017 (D) Banyan Tree Dinner & Jazz Concert

Today at lunchtime the Andrew London Trio is performing at Sublime Café.  Bookings are required.  Dinner is including tonight “Under the Banyan Tree” followed by performances from the Jazz Factory, Mimosa, Pearl Noire Duo, Feral Swing Katz and the Andrew London Trio.

Day 5 – Wednesday 6 December 2017 (B, L) Breakfast Bush Walk/Lunchtime Jazz Concert

This morning take your choice of a stroll through One Hundred Acres Reserve or for the more energetic, a leisurely 3.5km walk through scenic Mt Bates to Captain Cook Monument.  If you prefer not to rise early and bush walk you’ll be picked up a little later and taken to join the walkers at Anson Bay as they return from their walk and where you’ll all enjoy a delicious breakfast barbecue on the clifftop.

Lunch is included today with a lunchtime jazz concert at Emily Bay featuring performances from Mimosa Duo, Feral Swing Katz, Baunti Byuttis, Andrew London Trio, Stevenson’s Rockets and Pearl Noire Duo. 

The rest of the afternoon is at leisure and dinner tonight is own arrangements. 

Day 6 – Thursday 7 December 2017 Behind the Hedges/Cocktail Party with the Stars

Travel to Anson Bay to visit a small hobby farm, which has been instrumental in improving the local livestock industry.  Close by see a demonstration at Norfolk’s major pottery and browse at the cottage pottery shop.  After a delicious morning tea at a scenic location, walk through one of Norfolk's largest Banyan Trees.  Exclusive to Pinetree Tours - visit Sweeties and learn how chocolate is made on Norfolk Island.

At lunchtime, you might like to catch Pearlnoire at the Olive Coffee Shop.  Bookings advised (own expense).

Tonight there is a cocktail party with the Stars at Paradise Hotel.  Nibbles included from 7:30pm till late.

Day 7 – Friday 8 December 2017 Convict Settlement Tour

Convict Settlement Tour

Join us on an 'In Depth' tour of the historic Georgian settlement of Kingston. Walk through the cemetery & hear the history of interesting convict & colonial headstones, hear stories of the houses along Quality Row.  Walk through the ruins of the New Gaol; see the Pier Store, Boat Shed and the Crank Mill. Afternoon tea included.

Late this afternoon you might like to catch a performance from Stevensons Rockets at The Castaway Hotel.  Bookings advised.  Pizza dinner available (own expense). 

Tonight head to the RSL Jam night to see various artists perform from 6:30pm till late.  Bistro meals available (own expense). 

Day 8 – Saturday 9 December 2017 Norfolk - Brisbane

Standard checkout time applies.  Pinetree Tours will collect you and transfer you to Norfolk Airport in time for your departure flight.
